the hotel was super clean and in a great location, really easy to get around. our room was gorgeous and really spacious even with a sofa bed made up, this was a nice touch. the breakfast was amazing and i enjoyed the cocktails from the bar, everything was great!!!
we did have a few minor maintenance issues in the room. however, they were in the process of being fixed when we came back one afternoon, so i was very impressed with how quickly they acted.

the property is within walking distance to the town centre and also to a wide variety of restaurants. i found this very convenient for exploring the area and enjoying different dining options; it made the trip stress-free.

the room presented modern facilities. it also was clean and tidy. i really liked that they have ev charging points in the lower car park. it was excellent for me because i drive an electric car.
the receptionist seemed unhelpful and uninterested. the initial room was noisy and small. it also was not clean at all. fortunately, i got another room, much nicer and quieter.

the location was convenient enough.
i was given a room where, unfortunately, i was awakened quite early. someone was dragging something loudly down the hall around 6 am. then, i discovered there was no hot water for a shower (and the reception wasn't available to call until later in the morning).
